I am working on a project that will enable businesses to track and improve their employees’ skills through training and testing. The programme would also allow employees to request assistance and training in specific abilities that they wish to develop. And it would have a clean UI and a pleasant UX for both employees and trainers.

I am curious if business owners are interested in this type of service and willing to pay for it.
