Which platform do you recommend for creating interactive videos?

Hi, I’m brand new to creating e-learning content. I currently work as a freelance motion graphic designer and animator, mainly focusing on explainer-style videos. I’m looking to broaden my services and offerings to clients, so I’m venturing into the world of e-learning.

Since I’m just starting out in this field, I’m not familiar with the e-learning space at all. I’d love to hear your recommendations on e-learning platforms you like and any resources you might suggest for me to learn more.

I am not clear why paying for anything is necessary for a single interactive video. Have you watched the interactive H5P video? That might meet your needs and is free.

You can try these three platforms which I term the best:

  • Udemy: Udemy is a massive marketplace with thousands of courses on various topics. It’s great for both beginners and experts. You’ll find courses on animation, graphic design, and much more. Plus, many instructors provide practical, hands-on projects to reinforce your learning.
  • Skillshare: Skillshare focuses on creative skills. As a motion graphic designer, you’ll appreciate their courses on animation, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Coursera: Coursera offers a wide range of courses from top universities and institutions. Whether you want to learn data science, programming, business skills, or even Korean, Coursera has you covered.
