Hello, are there any recommendations for an LMS that can accommodate 6,000–8,000 users? Is it better to go with one of the major players Litmos, Cornerstone, etc., or invest to create a new LMS specifically for these users?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
If you already use Microsoft, LMS365 is an excellent choice. It’s incredibly well designed, and its out of the box Power BI reporting is among the best you will find.
It’s important to think about how users will access the LMS. Do you plan on integrating with an HCM system? Do I need to hire a third party implementation team? This could potentially help eliminate some of the less user-friendly LMS vendors. I wouldn’t simply rely on the sales rep’s assurance that everything will go smoothly. I’m here to sell and usually I have no idea and have not been part of an implementation.
