We’re a tech company with about 200 people, and we’re implementing our first LMS. We’re down to 360Learning and Cornerstone, but we’re leaning towards 360. I’d love to hear if anyone has experience with 360Learning, especially regarding their API and how it can provide data to our internal systems. Do you have any thoughts?
I don’t know about 360Learning, but be cautious with Cornerstone. PM me for more details if you’re interested.
We use Cornerstone (14k employees) and it’s okay. Not sure about 360Learning, though. If you need to track CPD and compliance, Cornerstone might work for you since their certification stuff is solid.
For your first LMS, I’d suggest something more intuitive and user-friendly than 360 or Cornerstone.
If you’re going for an off-the-shelf LMS, the API abilities might be limited. A custom LMS could provide more data integration for your internal system. PM me if you want to chat more about it.
Did you end up going with 360?
We did go with 360Learning. Overall, we’re relatively happy. There are a few quirks and annoyances, but they seem responsive to issues. The biggest problem we’ve had is syncing training status between OpenSesame and 360. Sometimes it shows something is done when all you’ve done is launch it.
@Lucypiper
I’m stuck between 360Learning and Learnupon. Besides the syncing issues, what other annoyances and quirks have you noticed with 360?
How did you finally decide?
