Can I use Articulate RISE with MS Forms for tracking completion?

Hey folks… My company doesn’t have a global LMS, and I’m really not happy with our current external one. I was thinking, could I just buy an Articulate license, create a course with RISE, and use MS Forms to track completion? I’d design the course to unlock sections based on progress, and only once they complete everything, they’d fill out an MS Form to confirm completion. Is this a feasible plan? I’d love to hear any drawbacks you think I might run into. Thanks!

You can totally do this! Just make sure to back up your entries on MS Forms regularly.

Sounds good! But what happens if you get a ton of entries? Does MS Forms handle that okay?

Embedding MS Forms within the course could help with compliance. Just keep everything integrated!

Good point! That way, it feels more seamless for users.

Just be careful with how you track completions. If this is mandatory training, there’s a chance people might cheat.

For sure! Maybe add some verification steps to make it harder to cheat.

Articulate has its own LMS option now too. Might be worth checking out if you have a lot of users!

Yeah, I saw that! It could save you a lot of hassle.

Just make sure to think about data privacy with MS Forms, especially if you’re dealing with a lot of users.

Good call! Keeping data secure is super important.
