I’m on the hunt for the best platform to train seasonal employees. We usually have a high turnover rate, and I want something that’s easy to use and can get new hires up to speed quickly. Any recommendations? Would love to hear your experiences!
I’ve used TalentLMS for seasonal training before, and it worked pretty well! Super user-friendly.

That sounds good! Did you find it easy to create courses?

Yeah, it was pretty straightforward. You can upload videos, quizzes, and all that.
Have you checked out Docebo? It’s a bit more advanced but really powerful for tracking progress.

I haven’t heard of it. What features do you like the most?

The analytics are great! You can see how employees are performing at a glance.
I’d recommend using Google Classroom for its simplicity and it’s free! Perfect for quick training.

Is it easy to set up? I might give it a shot.

Absolutely! Just create a class and invite your employees. Super easy!

Thanks! I’ll definitely look into that. Engagement is key for us.
I’ve had success with Moodle too. It’s open-source, so you can customize it however you need.

Moodle has a bit of a learning curve, though, right?

Yeah, it can be a bit tricky to start, but worth it in the long run!
