Anyone know of a site that organizes free learning resources?

I’ve been trying to find a website that pulls together all the best free learning resources online, like top courses, book lists, project ideas, communities, podcasts, etc., for different subjects. Something that guides you step-by-step would be great! Not looking for anything fancy, just a compilation so I know where to start and what’s out there. Any recommendations?

Thanks for this! I think Class Central is pretty close to what I’m looking for. Might give that a go.

Check out Online Degree. It has a lot of resources for certs, degrees, and school guides. Could be helpful depending on what you’re looking to study.

I looked at it, but it has a lot of restrictions, like only for U.S. residents over 18. It feels kinda shady since they ask for a lot of personal info upfront.

Oh, got it! That’s good to know. Yeah, doesn’t sound ideal if they’re blocking people with adblockers or asking too much info. Thanks for pointing that out!

For international learners, edX and Saylor Academy are solid. Tons of free courses, and some even offer certificates if that’s what you need.

Nice, I’ve heard good things about edX. Didn’t know about Saylor Academy though! Adding it to the list, thanks!

Oh, MIT OpenCourseWare is perfect! Also love the name ‘No Excuse List’—sounds like exactly what I need haha.

For younger grades, the NCERT website has textbooks for grades 1-12. It’s a bit different but could be useful if you’re looking to go back to basics.

Interesting! Didn’t think of that but could be a good foundation resource.
