I am diving into the world of fully online grad schools for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m putting together a huge spreadsheet to help others like me. If you’ve finished or are currently in an online grad program for counseling, could you share which school you’re attending and how your experience has been? Thanks a ton!
Following this thread for sure. Would love to hear what others say.
I’m in an online program at XYZ University. It’s been pretty good so far, very flexible with my schedule.

That sounds great! How are the professors? Are they accessible?
@Benaiah
Yeah, they’re super helpful and respond pretty quickly. Makes a big difference.
I just applied to ABC College. I haven’t started yet, but I’ve heard mixed reviews about the workload.

Thanks for sharing! What have you heard about the workload? Is it manageable?
@Benaiah
Mostly that it’s a lot to juggle, but totally doable if you stay organized.
I’m currently at DEF University. It’s been a mix of great and challenging. The online format is convenient, but it can feel isolating sometimes.

I get that. How do you cope with the isolation?
@Addison
I try to connect with classmates through study groups. It helps a lot!
I finished my program at GHI University last year. It was tough, but I learned so much. I’d recommend it!

That’s awesome to hear! What was the best part of your experience?
@Benaiah
The hands-on practice really prepared me for real-world scenarios. Totally worth it!
