Which LMS is best for a small business?

Hi, I’m looking for a good learning system for my small tech startup. Here’s a bit about us:

  • We have around 100 employees in different departments.
  • We want to use the learning system for training within each department.
  • Right now, we keep everything on Google Drive (like videos, presentations, and documents) and also use YouTube.
  • We’re willing to spend some money, but we want to make sure it can grow as we’re planning to expand a lot in 2022.

Any suggestions?

It enables small businesses to create and deliver engaging online training for their employees with ease. TalentLMS is an affordable LMS solution you won’t grow out of any time soon, with advanced integration options and great customer support.

Totally get it! With a growing team, having a central learning system can be a lifesaver. Google Classroom is a free LMS that integrates with Drive. Might be worth a look! But for your future growth, consider paid options like TalentLMS or Kajabi that offer more features and scalability.

Hi Barbara… For your tech startup with 100 employees, a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) like TalentLMS, Lessonly, Docebo, Teachable, or LearnUpon would centralize your training efforts. These systems support various content formats, offer user-friendly interfaces, and integrate well with tools like Google Drive and YouTube. TalentLMS and Lessonly are particularly recommended due to their ease of use, robust features, and ability to grow with your company. Alternatively, enhancing Google Workspace with LMS add-ons can also be a cost-effective solution. Trial versions of these systems can help you choose the best fit for your needs.
