What LMS would you recommend for a small business?

Hi, I’m currently looking for a good LMS to use for my small-ish tech startup company. Here’s some basic information about the company for context:

  • 100 employees, multiple departments
  • Wanting to use the LMS for internal training (would like to have it separated by department)
  • Currently store everything in Google Drive (videos, PowerPoints, docs) as well as YouTube
  • We are okay with spending some money but want to ensure it’s scalable as we are trying to exponentially grow in 2022.

Any recommendations?

Choosing the right LMS for your small business can feel overwhelming, but trust me, there’s a perfect fit out there!

  • Think team size, training type (onboarding? skills?), and budget.
  • Top picks: TalentLMS (easy setup, departments, scales) or SkyPrep (intuitive, free plan for small teams).
  • Try free trials to find the user-friendly winner for your team!
