Struggling with Microlearning on the Go: Thoughts?

Hey Folks,

I have been exploring ways to learn on the go and recently discovered microlearning. It’s all about short, targeted learning sessions, which seem perfect for my busy schedule. But I struggle to stay engaged with my phone, especially on buses where I’d rather not be glued to a screen.

I have used Audible for technical audiobooks, but the selection is limited. Recently, I found Listenable in the app store, offering audio courses that might suit me better.

I’m curious:

Does anyone else find it hard to integrate microlearning into their daily routine?

When time and space are limited, do you prefer learning through text, video, or audio?

Looking forward to your thoughts!

For job and pleasure, I am in front of screens a lot of the time. I think it’s a terrific idea to combine education with exercise by listening to Audible while walking.

Your assertion of continuous productivity truly strikes a chord with me. While it may seem difficult, turning off the phone for a while might be a useful strategy to clear my head, which has its own benefits.

I would be interested in learning more about how you and others manage to strike a balance between being productive and making time for yourself. How do you handle it?
