Hey everyone! I’m part of a video SaaS company, and we’re in the market for an LMS to facilitate training and onboarding for our clients on our product. Here are some key features we’re looking for:

  1. Seamless login: We need a user-friendly sign-up process for our clients.
  2. Analytics: We require a dashboard that tracks student progress, logins, and the ability to group learners according to specific customers/clients.
  3. Customizations: It’s important for us to be able to customize the platform using JS, CSS, and HTML to maintain a branded experience. Customized email communications would be a big plus.
  4. App integrations: We’re primarily interested in integrations with other popular SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Airtable, Pendo, Marketo, and Zendesk. Alternatively, a robust API with proper authentication and support for multiple data endpoints would be ideal.

I’ve already looked into Skilljar and Xperiencify, but I’m open to exploring other options as well. Any recommendations or guidance you can offer would be greatly appreciated!
