I’m looking for a platform where I can host videos for sale and also make them immediately available to customers who have already purchased in the past. Previously, they paid directly and accessed the video(s) via a password-protected Dropbox link. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how popular they would be and lacked the foresight to see that this may not be a sustainable way to host. Obviously, this was very stupid and I regret it. The people accessing the videos are not always the most tech-savvy, so it was the simplest way to do it at the time. I’d like to move over to a host where the purchase process is automatic, but I also need to ensure that those who purchased in the past can still access the videos. I know there will be costs involved with hosting on one of these platforms, but I don’t want to start using one and then find out that this isn’t possible. Is this possible anywhere or am I living in a dream world?

Error in my title sorry. I meant the ability to add customers who have already purchased.
You can do this with Teachable for sure. The payment is online, and once the payment is completed, they can access the course immediately. You could also do this with ClickFunnels and Thinkific. I personally find ClickFunnels annoying, but that’s just me. It depends on how you plan to market and sell access to the videos, like a funnel or an internal list.
If you want a simple way to do this, check out Spotlightr.
I have a platform and would happily set this up for you. DM me if you’re interested, and I can send a demo.
Also, the choice depends on what features you want, like website creation, email marketing, and/or marketplace exposure. My platform is great for course/video selling if you already have a website and email marketing.
We have a platform where we can host your videos, SCORM packages, or even copy and paste your courses, tests, etc., by way of white labeling. Contact me for more info. London-based.
You can do this on TrainerCentral. You can simply upload the list of your existing customers to your course via the offline payment method. The learners will gain access to your course, and you will also be able to configure tickets for your new customers. Feel free to PM if you need more details.
