LMS Decision for Company of 100... any insights?

Hello, we are a construction company with just under 100 employees. We narrowed our search to include Bridge, Absorb, and 360Learning (Docebo seems too robust and costly for our needs). We looked at must-haves and wants, and these three seem quite similar in their offerings.

The L&D initiative is newer for us, and though we have SMEs within our company, we don’t necessarily have true content creators—likely will end up being myself and one or two others. Any insight or experience with these options is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

I’ve worked with Absorb before, and it’s pretty user-friendly. The reporting features are solid, which might help you as you start with L&D.

That’s good to hear! Reporting is definitely something we’re focusing on. How was the setup process?

I have some experience with 360Learning, and I love its collaborative features. It might be great for engaging your SMEs in the content creation process.

Collaboration sounds crucial for us! Did you find the platform easy to learn for those not familiar with LMS tools?

Bridge is a solid choice as well. It’s designed for smaller teams, so you might find it fits your culture better. Plus, it’s intuitive.

I agree! The mobile-friendly aspect is a big plus if your employees are often on the go.

Have you considered your budget? Each of these platforms has different pricing models that could impact your decision.

Yes, we’re trying to balance features with cost. That’s why Docebo was a no-go for us.

I think it’s essential to look at customer support too. Some platforms have better resources for onboarding and troubleshooting.

Good point! We had some hiccups with support on a previous LMS, and it was frustrating.
