If training courses could pop up in your browser while you’re on specific pages, would you find that helpful or more of a distraction?
Training that pops up in the browser during specific tasks can be helpful if it’s brief and relevant to what I’m doing. It allows for immediate learning in context, which can be efficient. But if it interrupts too often or isn’t relevant, it could feel more distracting than useful.

That makes sense! Contextual learning can be really beneficial, but too many interruptions could definitely take away from focus.
I agree with Parr. If the training is well-timed and complements what I’m currently doing, I think it could really enhance understanding. But it’s a fine line.
I’m worried about the potential for overload. If there are too many prompts, it might just lead to frustration instead of learning.

Exactly! A balance is key. Maybe having an option to turn off notifications would help.
I think it could be useful, especially for onboarding new employees. Just-in-time learning can be a game changer.

That’s a good point. For new hires, having immediate access to relevant training could help them feel more confident.
