Yes, i do agree that online learning is as good as studying in the classroom.
Depends on the type of module that you are studying. Some modules require practical and learning from the job type of experience that online learning cannot provide. Likewise, for theory, I would prefer online learning.
Yes, because online courses are typically more accessible than traditional classroom settings. They can be less expensive, easier to fit into hectic schedules, and more accessible to people with impairments who may need special accommodations.
But how good is your concentration? How long is your attention span? 
Online learning is so good but only to people who can concentrate on one thing for extended periods. Otherwise the tutor is just there talking to themselves.
