Hey folks,
I recently came across Microsoft Viva Learning and it piqued my interest. What’s the scoop on it? How useful is it for workplace training and development? Any cool features that stand out?

Glint, Pulse, and Viva Insights are all very valuable. Effective remote management is actually encouraged by these tools for supervisors, all the way up to the C-suite. It serves as a reminder to managers to schedule frequent meetings in order to ensure that their direct reports are neither undirected nor overly overseen. It provides managers with anonymous team performance reports so they may assess how well their teams are doing without focusing on specific team members.
I hope more organizations would utilize it since it can truly enhance managers’ performance and lead to happier, more balanced workplaces. Also, it dispels the anxiety associated with working remotely, allowing managers to be certain that their staff is performing well without having to drag them back to the office.
Viva Learning is pretty cool… I tried it at work, and it’s super handy for picking up new skills. The best part? It pulls in stuff from LinkedIn Learning, so you get quality content. I love how it just blends into Teams—makes learning feel like no big deal, ya know?
Microsoft Viva Learning is a component of Microsoft Viva, an all-inclusive platform for the work experience that combines technologies for engagement, knowledge, learning, and well-being with Microsoft Teams. Making learning and development an essential component of an employee’s everyday work is the special focus of Viva Learning.
