For our business, I’m seeking for an LMS system. With only 38 employees, we’re a rather tiny company, so all we really need is the ability to construct courses with reading and completion requirements for papers. Of course, some analytics would also be helpful.
For what we require, our present system is excessively costly and feature-rich. What additional choices do people make these days?
What do you think you need an LMS for, and what are you already using? You could be better off using SharePoint or an office-based program like LMS365.
@Breigha It’s mostly for obligations based on compliance. So, in order for us to achieve compliance standards, employee X or Y must read through specific training materials and attest to having done so.
