I’ve been thinking about putting together an online training program, but I have no idea where to start. I want to make sure it’s effective and engaging. Does anyone have tips or steps I should follow? I’m open to any advice, thanks a lot!
First, figure out what your goals are! What do you want the learners to achieve?
You should also research what’s out there. Check out similar programs and see what works.
Don’t forget to choose a good platform to host your program. An LMS like Teachable or Moodle could be great.
When you create your content, mix things up! Use videos, quizzes, and interactive stuff to keep it fun.
After launching, keep an eye on how it’s going. Gather feedback and adjust as needed.
