Has anyone sold or leased an eLearning course before? I've created one for small businesses and converted it to SCORM format. What should I do next?

I want to rent out the course I made to several small businesses. The course is primarily based on videos, but I now have to package the entire course. I will need to have something that I can provide to several companies with several employees as a subscription. (Or, to put it another way, Business A buys a sub for their 20 workers, thus that would need to be handled differently from Business B, who bought it for their 10 workers, etc.). Right now, I am attempting to convert it to SCORM. However, I am not sure what to do after that.

Is there anyone who can assist me identify exactly what I am looking for? Due of the limited scope of what I offer, I am unable to make large financial investments in hosting, programming, etc. I want to choose the simplest and least expensive route available. I would be grateful for any advice! I am grateful in advance!
