Hello everyone. I want to know if trying to pursue this is worthwhile in terms of the process and expense—did it actually improve your bottom line? Which company did you work with? I inquire since it seems like a very costly endeavor with no assurances.
It really depends on the field, but offering CEUs can tap into a large market of individuals who need them but might not otherwise enroll in courses. If you’re pursuing courses for a field that requires CEUs for obtaining or maintaining a license or certification, it’s crucial to provide them. Otherwise, it might not be as necessary.
Only worth it if your demographic of clientele are required to obtain CEUs for their license or credentials (i.e. engineer, beautician, optometrist, etc.). Even then, there are so many options nowadays - you’d need a serious competitive advantage.
Many professional courses offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs), especially in fields like healthcare, education, and IT. CEUs are valuable for maintaining certifications, enhancing skills, and career advancement. Whether it’s worth it depends on your career goals and industry requirements.
