Best platform for seasonal employee training?

The customer I deal with needs a system to hold their training sessions, which are only attended by seasonal employees for one or two months out of the year. The prices I have received from other learning management systems for that amount seem excessive so far, especially because the organization will not be using all the features and extras that come with a full LMS (over $5k). Do you have any recommendations for more cost-effective ways to conduct online training courses without having to pay for a full year’s worth of system maintenance?

We value your opinions.

I recently faced a similar challenge with a client who needed a cost-effective solution for their seasonal employee training. After evaluating several pricey learning management systems, I stumbled upon TalentLMS and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. TalentLMS offers flexible pricing plans that are much more affordable, especially for organizations that don’t need a full suite of LMS features year-round.

The platform is user-friendly and allows us to pay only for what we use, making it ideal for our seasonal training needs. Setting it up was straightforward, and it easily accommodated our training materials without unnecessary extras that would have driven up the cost. The support team was also very responsive, which helped us get up and running quickly. This platform has significantly reduced our training expenses while still providing a robust and effective system for our seasonal employees. If you’re looking for a cost-effective way to conduct online training courses, I highly recommend giving TalentLMS a try.

I agree with this, TalentLMS is great and we also use it from time to time in our company

For seasonal employee training I would suggest iSpring Learn because of its ease of use

You can try TalentLMS which is known for its ease of use, it also provides a free plan along with points, badges, and leaderboards.

See, Basewell (Basewell [dot] com) takes care of this. Payment is prorated to the nearest second and is only due for active trainees. Therefore, you won’t be charged if you (or another manager) mark the trainee as `inactive}.
