Best authoring tools for SCORM e-learning courses?

As a first-time course creator, I’m finding the e-learning space pretty crowded. It’s tough to figure out which authoring tools offer cutting-edge UI/UX, good pricing, and a variety of export and tracking options. I’ve been looking at Articulate, Thinkific, and Basewell, but I’d love to hear what others think or if there’s a good comparison list out there. Any suggestions?

I feel you! There are so many options out there. Articulate is pretty popular for a reason, though.

Yeah, Articulate really stands out for its ease of use and features. What do you think about Thinkific?

@Azriel
Thinkific is great for course hosting, but I’m not sure about its SCORM support.

Basewell is also worth checking out. It has some nice features, but I’d recommend trying demos to see what fits best.

Good point! Demos really help. Did you find one particularly user-friendly?

I’ve used Articulate and loved it! The tracking options are solid too. Definitely recommend it.

Nice! I’ll check it out. Do you know if it’s pricey?

Honestly, the pricing can vary a lot based on features. It’s worth making a list of what you really need.

That’s a great idea! I’ll do that before I dive in.

There are some good comparisons online. Just search for ‘SCORM authoring tools comparison’ and you’ll find a bunch!

Thanks for the tip! I’ll look that up. It’ll help narrow things down.
