You can signup in the following apps/websites to always learn something to improve you life:

  1. Coursera: Offers courses from top universities and companies. You can find short courses that fit into your schedule.
  2. edX: Similar to Coursera, it provides access to courses from leading institutions like Harvard and MIT.
  3. Skillshare: Focuses on creative skills like design, photography, and writing. Many classes are short and to the point.
  4. Highbrow: Delivers bite-sized courses directly to your inbox. Each lesson takes just 5 minutes to read.

Here are some effective strategies to optimize your time:

  • Microlearning: Divide complex subjects into smaller, manageable pieces.
  • Focused Attention: Implement techniques like the Pomodoro Technique—25 minutes of intense work followed by a brief break—to boost focus.
  • Digital Detox: Regularly take breaks from screens to give your mind a rest.
  • Mindful Consumption: Choose high-quality content over quantity to ensure meaningful learning.
  • Practical Application: Apply your new knowledge to real-life scenarios to reinforce understanding.
  • Utilize Mobile Apps: Use educational apps and podcasts to facilitate learning on the go.
