Anyone else excited about the new Storyline update?

Just wanted to share this in case anyone hasn’t seen it yet. In the December 17th update, Storyline now allows you to drag audio and video directly to the slide to add it to your project. This was something that was super annoying to me since you could always just drag images to add them to the slide but for audio you had to use the insert audio/video buttons. I’ve been using this a lot in my recent project where I had to swap AI voicing for professional voiceover since the client changed their mind on the AI voice at the last minute. It’s been super useful for me. Saves a couple clicks and a few seconds, but that adds up! It reminds me of how Apple stubbornly doesn’t add basic features that have been on Android for years… and then when they finally do, it’s a big deal. Anyway, just thought I’d share.

Oh nice, I didn’t know that! How’s it working for you?

Yeah, it’s been a game changer for me. I hated the old way.

What do you mean ‘game changer’? Just curious lol.

I was frustrated with that too. Glad they finally made it easier!

Totally! It feels like such a simple update, but it helps a lot.

I can’t believe we had to wait so long for this feature. What took them so long?

Right? It’s like they just don’t listen to users sometimes lol.

This is awesome! I’ve been using Storyline for ages and this is so helpful.

Just play around with it! It’s pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.

I just updated! Can’t wait to try this out. Sounds so much easier.
