Any Experience with Oracle HCM Learning/Learning Cloud?

Hey everyone… I’m looking for some honest insights about Oracle HCM Learning. I’ve only found a few reviews, mostly from IT and implementation perspectives, and a lot of the info feels like a sales pitch from Oracle. My organization is planning to implement it in the upcoming fiscal year, and I’d love to know what kind of experience to expect. If anyone has done a transfer to Oracle, did they support content migration from an existing LMS? We currently use SCORM & AICC and need completion tracking. Do they support those or xAPI? Also, can we present content to external users? How’s the mobile feature for off-site teams? Any comparisons with other LMSs like Litmos, Moodle, or Meridian would be super helpful. What else should I be aware of? I really want to support my teams through this change. We have over 5,000 staff, and I’m hoping to make this transition smoother.

Oof, expect a really bumpy ride. It’s awful.

I used Oracle at a previous role. It’s clunky, to say the least. We had a tough time getting employee data in, even with multiple consulting firms involved. Tracking SCORM and AICC is possible, but not sure about xAPI. Mobile is okay; just make sure to design responsive courses.

Thanks for the info, this is helpful. My company is migrating from Cornerstone to Oracle HCM, and I’m not looking forward to it.

How did it go for you? Was it a wise move? We’re also on Cornerstone and might consider it in the future.

It’s been a significant change. The move made sense, but getting used to a new LMS has been challenging. I miss some aspects of Cornerstone.

Quick scoop: Implementation can be mixed, so plan well. Oracle supports SCORM, AICC, and xAPI. Compliance tracking is solid. You can give external users access, which is nice. Mobile functionality is decent; just ensure your content is mobile-friendly. Compared to others, Oracle has more features but might be less user-friendly initially.
