I work at a small disability rights nonprofit and we run a free online training on civic engagement and legislative advocacy for the disability community. We currently pay $100/month for Talent LMS, but with an active user base of <25, we’re looking for a more budget-friendly platform that better suits our needs. Any suggestions?
For that amount of students you can do WordPress + LearnDash theoretically for free (there are expenses here and there). Your biggest expense will be one-off, which is setting that up unless you have someone relatively technical in your org
@Jameson
Thanks! I hadn’t thought of WordPress + LearnDash. Would I need a tech person to make it work well?
Learnie is a great lightweight LMS with microlearning as its main focus. It also has Impact pricing for Non-profits so you get a really nice discount on top of that. www.mylearnie.com

That sounds great! I’ll check it out. Thanks for the recommendation!
I believe Teachfloor could be a great solution for your nonprofit! It’s user-friendly and accessible, which is crucial for engaging learners. We offer special pricing for nonprofits to keep it affordable. You can create interactive courses with videos, PDFs, and graphics. It tracks learner progress and lets users download course materials. Highly recommend checking it out: The Best LMS for Nonprofits: Drive Engagement and Impact
@Ronald
This sounds perfect! I’ll look into it. I love the idea of interactive courses.
Gonna recommend LearnWorlds mid-tier for this. It’s like $72/month, but it feels a lot better than Talent LMS. You can also get it on discount around Cyber Monday if it’s not already on sale.

Thanks! I’ll definitely keep an eye on the Cyber Monday sales for that.
I recommend Paradiso LMS for your nonprofit. It’s user-friendly, accessible, and supports multimedia content like videos, PDFs, and graphics. It tracks user progress and allows resource downloads. With flexible pricing and nonprofit discounts, it’s an affordable option that fits your goals and budget.
@quinjareen
Paradiso looks good too! I’ll compare it with Teachfloor and see what works best.

Got your PM! I’ll check it out and get back to you. Thanks!
Hey, I think we have what you need, I’ve supported many NGOs to launch their courses online at a really affordable rate. You can also get a special rate as an NGO. Let me know if you’d like a walkthrough. I’ve DM-ed you the details.
@Mickey
Thanks! I’ll check your DM and let you know if I’m interested. Appreciate the help!

I’ve been struggling to figure out the best price point for smaller organizations for my learning platform quickify.ai. We used to have a plan at $59/month for up to 50 users - no extra charges for creators/administrators. Is this in the range/user count you were thinking? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
@CHOSEN4
That sounds pretty close to what we’re looking for! I’ll check out quickify.ai and see if it fits our needs.
Try HRClassroom.com and tell them you are a non-profit. They will probably give you a free or next to free account.
